Action:
Go outside and find a spot to sit for five minutes—a porch step, a patch of grass, a park bench. Let yourself be still. Notice the light, the temperature, the sounds, and the small movements around you.

What did stillness reveal about your surroundings? Did anything feel different when you allowed yourself to pause—something you saw, heard, or felt that you normally miss?
Anticipation:

Choose one day this week to intentionally watch either the sunrise or the sunset. Sit or stand still for a few minutes and take it in—no phone, no rushing. Just notice the colors, light, sounds, and shift in the day.
